ASSISTED HYGIENE COACHING

Stomatological treatmentHave you thought about adding a hygiene assistant to add value to your patients and the dental practice? To create a successful assisted hygiene program you must have a clear vision of an assisted hygiene model. This is very important for long-term success. We will work with your entire team with focus on the hygiene team, to establish and delegate the who, what and where to make this process harmonious and seamless. We are there to support the team in understanding this process.

The primary goal of assisted hygiene is to improve the quality of care for your patients. Secondarily, assisted hygiene will increase production and create effective patient care in your hygiene department. The end result? Optimal patient care, added value to the patient appointment, and increased office revenue. Patients will also have an added awareness of oral health and the importance to their total health. The improved patient experience will create higher treatment acceptance. Finally, there will be more quality time to educate the patient on other services that are available in your office and there is more time to discuss missed treatment opportunities. Preventive and supportive therapies will be more effective when this additional care is given.

Our team will create an individualized formula for successful patient scheduling. This is developed specifically according to your practice needs. Your customized schedule will allow for more quality time with the assistant and hygienist. From the moment the patient is seated, until the hygienist treats the patient and the doctor provides the exam; everyone involved with feel a relaxed atmosphere and never as if they are on a roller-coaster.

This is for the office that wants to kick start their practice, refocus or maybe you live on the other side of the world. We have coaching via Web-based access with the ability to work as if we are there in the office. You will meet via web-conferencing and even with break out rooms to facilitate team building and break-out sessions. This will be similar to having us right beside you!
